🚚 Shipping Verification
We use AgeChecker, a secure 3rd-party system that cross-checks name, address, and date of birth. If there’s a mismatch, we’ll ask for a quick photo ID upload.
Yes. It happens if your info doesn’t match public records (e.g., recent move, new card). It’s fast, secure, and required by law.
Yes. Packages are plain and unbranded — no logos or brand names — just a nondescript shipping label for privacy.
We primarily use USPS. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Right now we only offer standard shipping, but we aim to get orders out the door fast — usually within one business day.
Everything ships from our warehouse in California.
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes using USPS.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed after 11am PST on Friday ship Monday. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay. Once it ships, USPS tracking kicks in.
We email tracking info as soon as your label is made — usually within two business days. You can also check your account. No tracking? Email hello@hilosupply.com.
THC products ship to 35 states + DC. Mushrooms ship to all 50. Kanna is legal in 49. Check the “Can You Ship to Me” tab on each product page.

🌿 Hemp & Cannabinoids
Hemp is cannabis with ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC. It’s federally legal and accepted in most states.
Yes. Federal law permits cannabis with ≤0.3% Delta-9 THC. Many states follow this.
Same plant. Hemp is legally capped at 0.3% THC. Marijuana exceeds that limit.
We can’t make health claims. Do your own research and talk to a medical professional before using cannabinoids.
21+. We use AgeChecker to verify. You may be asked to upload ID if there’s a mismatch.
Yes. Delta-8, THCA, and others can trigger a positive. To play it safe, skip them before testing.
🍄 Mushrooms
No. They contain ZERO psilocybin, psilocin, or 4-AcO-DMT.
Strong. Start with one and assess how your body responds before increasing dosage.
No physical dependence is expected. But don’t overdo it. Your body builds tolerance fast — take breaks between uses.
Do NOT use if you’re on SSRIs, lithium, antipsychotics, or other mood-altering meds, or if you have epilepsy. Serious interactions are possible. Stay safe and consult a doctor first.
Standard tests won’t detect them. Only advanced testing can — and that’s rare.
